Field Observations and Comments
Our representative was on-site for the purpose of observing a proofroll on native sOil at subgrade elevation for lot 1, 2, 3,
and 4 The proofroll was conducted with a fully loaded dual axle dump truck weighing approximately 50,000 Ibs (as per
Tony Burnett, Foreman, Gary Burnett Earthmoving) The area proofrolled thiS date IS depicted on the accompanYing
site plan Only minor deflections and ruttmg were observed under wheel-loading ThiS results is indicative of a relatively
firm sOil consistency and complies wIth the site preparation recommendations of the project geotechnical report which
was prepared by PSI (report #704-95224, dated October 4, 1999) Tony Burnett, foreman with Gary Burnett
Earthmoving was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
