NOW THEREFORE, based on the foregoing Recitals the City of Springfield, acting as the Road Authority pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 810.010(3) and 810.180(8), hereby resolves as follows: 1. Beltline Road, from its intersection with Gateway Street to its intersection with Game Farm Road South, hereby shall have a temporary designated maximum speed of 35 mph. The temporary maximum speed of 35 mph shall be from July 14, 2005 through August 31, 2006 for all vehicles. This temporary designated speed shall be effective when the sign giving notice of the temporary designated speed are posted. . All signs installed pursuant to this order shall comply with the provisions of ORS 810.210 and 810.220.
