We specified concrete with f'c=3000 psi in 28 days for durability.
However, for compressive strength f'c= 2500 psi in 28 days is
acceptable for structural purposes.
The Contractor ordered f'c= 3000 psi concrete to be delivered and
he has documentation to show that the concrete supplier provided
this strength by design.
