I have no concern with the quality of the fill material, with the quality of the rock or wltll the compaction. The outside of the footing seems to be a little close to the edge of the' leveled pad along the west wall and the south wall and the slope of the bank is quit., steep, These problems will be taken care of after you pour the footings, when you add the additional fill to provide 12 inches of cover over the bottom of the footing conCltlte This is required by the Building Code and Is shown on the print. The northwest COrriN is of particular concern. Per our discussion you are going to pour the floor oVer the top of the footing. The floo, will be tied to the footing with No.4 rebar on 12" to 24" centers and you are going to use a NO.4 rebar mat in the floor In place of the wire mesh specified on the print. This will also stabilize the footing along the north and west wall. Thanks ~~ Robert Coakley I' F Coakley Engineering, Inc. RC/pa ~. - ~
