Apparently the city is requesting a 50 fl. setback on a ditch where they want to do an apartment development. Needless to say, they are both frustrated and I am not sure this ditch leads anywhere. Can you or have somebody contact Blake on why? and what are some options available. According to Blake, this 50 II setback will take about 3 acres of developable land out oflheir inventory.
