Assumption made of electrical forced air heat.
Saw furnace on plans in garage and no
indication of gas. Please verify with contractor
prior to issuance of heat source.
For property on the lot north of the "no fill, no
build line" no fencing other than 2 strands of
smooth wire no larger than 12 guage on posts
no closer than 30 feet are allowed, no
hedgerows or other closely spaced plantings
that might trap flood debris or divert
floodwaters. FEMA elevation certificate
required on SFR.

Blake called about he Roy Gray's development off of 32nd street. Apparently
the city is requesting a 50 fl. setback on a ditch where they want to do an
apartment development. Needless to say, they are both frustrated and I am
not sure this ditch leads anywhere. Can you or have somebody contact Blake
on why? and what are some options available. According to Blake, this 50 II
setback will take about 3 acres of developable land out oflheir inventory.
