Staff Decision: Final Approval.
The letter dated January 22, stated that there were three conditions to be met prior
to the granting of Final Approval. These conditions were submittal of:
1. Two copies of a survey showing points set.
2. The $50.00 fee for recording a Notice of Bancroft Assessment Lien.
3. Copies of recorded easements for Rainbow Yater District.
These conditions have been met.
