Thank you for r~turning my call promptly and reviewing issues noted during your site review.
We are interested in obtaining Temporary Occupancy effective Monday September 18,2006.

It is our intention to address all items noted on your E':'mail dated 9/14/2006, and those
noted on the me~o received from Linda Pauly on 9/12/2006, by Friday 9/22/2006. Having all
corrections completed by Friday 9/22, is contingent upon delivery of additional plantings for
the central swal~, which we ordered today. If plantings are late in arriving, we may need a few
additional days ih the week of 9/25 to complete all the work.
Thank you again for your consideration and help in understanding what needs to be done.
