locations detail 6/58, carousel detail 1-58, related detail 4/58, memo dated June 12, 2006 from Deffenbaugh and
Associates, P C and full height column beam bucket connection detail 8/57 Also, Tlten Anchors at grldllne Trellis
columns were moved as per memo dated June 20, 2006 for Deffenbaugh and Associates Weldments were Inspected
for Size, length, profile and locations To the best of our knowledge, the work Inspected IS In conformance with
approved drawings, specifications and applicable 01 1 (static) codes and memos (see attached) Contractor was asked
to notify our office when additional services are needed
