(2004 SFC 901.2) 3. An electncal permit Will be required for any addition to, extension of or modification to the electrical wiring or electncal seNice equipment in the tenant area, (OSSC 1 05.1 4. Any changes in lighting fixtures Will reqUire submission of lighting energy code forms to demonstrate compliance with the connected lighting power budget for the space. Exceotion: Alterations to existing lighting systems that do not replace more than 50% of the luminaries in the tenant space and do not increase the existing total connected lighting power. (OSSC 1313.6) 5. ,An additional mechamcal permit will be required for any modifications to the gas piping system for the tenant space. (OSSC 1 05.1) 6. A minimum bUilding permit is required for the minor framing modifications needed for the new tenant. (OSSC 105.1) 7. Mall seating for the tenant space shall not encroach into the required mall aisles There shall be a minimum of 10 feet clear eXit width between any projection of a tenant space bordering the mall and nearest kiosk, vending machine, bench, display opening, food court or other obstruction to means of travel through the mall.
