Performed preliminary Inspection on the reinforCing steel for slab on grade With
thickened areas, slab on deck and two (2) exterior pedestal footings With pedestals
Slab areas are between line D and C and between line 2 and 12 and pedestals are at
grid lines 1 G and 1 H Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, Size, lap, placement
and clearance ReinfOrcing steel was secured and supported on concrete doble blocks
or plastic chairs Anchor bolts were not Installed at time of Inspection
Changes to approved plans authorized by engineer: RFI #9
To the best of our knowledge, the work Inspected was In accordance With plans and
applicable workmanship provIsions of the I B C , except If noted above Contractor was
asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
