bUilding Within lines D to K, from 2 to 12 Reinforcing steel was checked for grade,
Size, lap, placement and clearance ReinforCing steel was secured With tie-Wire Hold-
down bolts and galvanized shear wail/sill plate bolts were Installed In templates
To the best of our knowledge, the work Inspected was In accordance With plans dated
04/07/06 and applicable workmanship provIsions of the I B C , except If noted above
Gary (McKenZie Commercial) was asked to notify our office when additional services
are needed
