Performed inspection on the reinforcing steel In the penmeter and Intenor continuous
footings (except In monolithic slab on grade areas) and Intenor F2 column footings
ReinforCing steel was checked for grade, Size, lap, quantity, spacing and clearance,
where applicable Reinforcing steel was secured With tie-Wire and supported above
grade With doble blocks Advised by Dale (McKenZie CommerCIal) that glu-Iam column
footing brackets Will be Installed pnor to concrete pour
Changes to approved plans authorized by engineer: EOR verbally approved use of
'standard 900 hooks' on hOrizontal bars in-lieu of corner bars at Intersections and
corners Documentation IS pending
To the best of our knowledge, the work Inspected was In accordance With plans dated
04/07/06 and applicable workmanship provIsions of the I B C , except If noted above
Dale was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
