Performed visual inspection on the sheet metal floor deck and framed floor openings on line 0 and K,
from 2 to 12 per SK11 and Sk-2 #8 sheet metal screws and button punch were checked for size and
location Completed welds were checked for Size, length, profile and location .
To the best of our knowledge, the work checked IS In conformance With structural draWings, RFl's 17 and
18 and applicable AWS 01 1 and 01 3 codes Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional
services are needed
