Performed inspection on reinforced steel for 8" CMU wall along line G (4' to 8'8")
Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, Size, lap, placement and clearance Cells
were relatively clean and free of excess mortar projections In wall section listed
above, observed placement of five (5) yards of MBI 7 1/2 sack (mix 712-G) Grout was
placed by pump and consolidated by mechanical Vibration Wall was grouted solid
Grout was sampled and 3 pnsms were grouted Grout temperature 540, air
temperature 410, and slump :t9" Cory (Haps Masonry) was notified of on-site test
results and asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
To the best of our knowledge, the work Inspected was In accordance with revised plans
dated 08-30-06 and applicable workmanship provIsions of the I B C , except If noted
above Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
