Performed preliminary Inspection on the reinforcing steel for shear wall along line A,
from 4 to 5 Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, Size, lap, placement and
clearance Reinforcing steel was secured with tie-wire A final Inspection Will be
performed prior to concrete placement
To the best of our knowledge, the work In-progress was In accordance with plans dated
06-29-06 (latest reVISion 08-30-06) and applicable workmanship provISions of the
I B C , except If noted above Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional
services are needed
