Verified corrections to the reinforCing steel In both stair walls prior to clOSing forms A
preliminary Inspection was performed on 11-07-06 (ref FEI report no E14633) Also,
performed preliminary Inspection for elevator shaft wall (footing to second floor)
Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, Size, lap, placement and clearance
Reinforcing steel was secured with tie-wire A final inspection Will be performed pnor to
concrete placement to venfy clearance
Corrections of previously listed items: corner bars at stairwells have been re-tled
properly and extra verticals at corners and intersections have been added
To the best of our knowledge, the work Inspected was In accordance with plans dated
05-30-06 and applicable workmanship provIsions of the I B C , except If noted above
Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
