Items requiring correction Corner bars at both stairwells are tied Incorrectly Extra
vertical bars at corners and wall Intersections are not Installed as shown on plans
To the best of our knowledge, the work In-progress was In accordance With plans dated
05-30-06 and applicable workmanship provIsions of the I B C , except If noted above
Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
