of building and entire perimeter footing with pad footings At this time, hold-down
anchors are not yet In-place Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, Size, lap,
placement and clearance ReinforCing steel was secured with tie-Wire and supported
above grade A final Inspection Will be performed prior to concrete placement
To the best of our knowledge, the work In-progress IS In accordance with plans dated
03-03-06 and applicable workmanship provISions of the I B C , except If noted above
Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
