Installation BERC 2 clips are not Installed, additional hangar wires need to be Installed
near walls and compression struts are missing Gary Thompson (McKenzie
Commercial) was advised and was asked to notify our office when additIonal servIces
are needed
07/06/06 - Re-Inspected ceiling gnd installation BERC 2 clipS, struts and hangar wires
have been com pleted In areas greater than 144 sq ft
To the best of our knowledge, the work Inspected was In accordance with SeismiC
Installation Instruction by Armstrong World Industnes (manufacturer) attached to
approved plans and applicable workmanship prOVISions of the I B C , except If noted
above Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
