Performed tension venflcatlon on the 1 1/8" A325 high strength bolts uSing turn-of-the-nut method Three
bolts were Installed to a snug-tight condition In a Skidmore-Wilhelm tension Indicator, marked and turned
an additional 1/3 turn To the best of our knowledge, the bolts tested Will meet and/or exceed the
minimum tension requirement of 56 kips per A I S C manual
While on-site, verified the bolts at each beam to column are In snug-tight condition and were marked for
the additional 1/3 turn
Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed
