Dave Puent, Community Services Mgr 225 Fifth Street Springfield, OR 97477 Dear Mr. Puent: This communication IS regarding Job # COM 2007-01314, a new residence planned for 983 S 66th Court This address is located in the 2nd addition of Mountain Gate, lot 167. Due to circumstances over which we have no control, the lot we reserved and for which we designed our custom home plans has acquired a lien as a part of the entire Mountain Gate development under the purview of Mr. Todd Albers. This IS a delay beyond our control. We are unable to conclude our lot purchase at this time and are requesting an extension of the 6-month time penod that we had to pay our permit fees once you had approved our plans At this pOint, we do not know when the liens will be lifted allow us to proceed, but based on what we know now, it could be at least another 6 months. We would like to request an extension of the deadline.
