Dear Mr Limbird;
This letter is provided as response to Conditiun of Approval #5 of the Site Plan Review
DecisJOD fur the LibertyBank Headquarters building r,,[\;',.:..nced above.
McMac LLC is the owner of Lot #4 in the Liberty Professional Center Business Park and
has reviewed the Site Plan for the LibertyBank: Headquarters Building McMac LLC
agrees with the landscape design and sidewalk improvements located un east portiun of
Lot #4 next to the main access drive into the Liberty Protessional Center Business Park.
McMac LLC understands that the sidewalk is withm the recorded seven foot wide public
utility easement adjacent to the west of this access easement.
It is McMac LLC's understanding that LibertyBank intends to complete the
improvements associated with the landscaping and sidewalk as noted on the Site Plan
located on Lot #4. McMac LLC agrees with LibertyBank's proposal and wiII allow them
to complete the improvements to landscape and construct a sidewalk on Lot #4 In the
Liberty Professional Center Business Park
McMac LLC intends to assist LibertyBank, the owner of Lot #3 in the Liberty
Protessional Center Business Park, in their development of the main access drive and
pedestrian access as a part of thejr development as noted in their Site Plan
