Dear Mr. Edlund:
Thank you for your prompt response to my July 18 letter regarding the
valuation of the Target store improvements. The new valuation of
$3,335,000 you quoted during our recent telephone conversation is
acceptable to the City for the purpose of assigning revised permit fees
and the Systems Development Charge.
The following summary of fees will hopefully clarify the difference
between the fees paid and the fees owed based on your new valuation:
