review. I requested additional
information regarding exterior wall
insulation. Upon receiving that
information, I then can verify
compliance.
I can now pass the Building
Envelope part of my review hased on
the
following condition being met:
"Insul- 3 " as described on A2 of
plans and 07200 - I of project specs
manual, to be changed to 2.5 inches
of expanded polystyrene molded
head
hoard, from 1.5 Inehes. This change
has been discussed with and agreed
to
by Ed White, MBH Architects. He
requested that the correction be
included
on the plans review comment letter
so that he could make the
appropriate
change in insulation required.
To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspection requested before 7:00 a.m.
will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following work
day.

I Slab: To be made after all inslab huilding service equipment, conduit piping and other equipment items are in
place but prior to concrete.
2 Framing Inspection: Prior to cover and after all rough in inspections have been approved.
3 Wall Insulation: Prior to cover.
4 Roofing: Prior to installiug any roof covering.
5 Lath/Plaster: To be made after all lathing aud gypsum hoard, interior and exterior are in place, but prior to
plastering.
6 Roof SheathinglNailing: Before covering sheathing with finish material.
7 Epoxy Anchors: To be done by Certified Spciallnspector. Provide Inspection results to City Building Inspector.
8 High Strength Bolting: To be done during construction by a State Certified Special Inspector. Provide inspection
results to City Building Inspector.
9 Structural Welds: To be done during construction by State Certified Special Inspector. Provide inspection test
results to City Building Inspector.
10 Structural Concrete: In excess of2500 psi. To be done during construction by a State Certified Inspector. ProvIde
results to City Buiding Inspector
II Final Fire Department. After all requirements of the Fire Departmeut have heen met.
12 Final Building: After all required inspections have been requested and approved and the building is complete.
13 SUB Insulation Vapor Barrier: To be called for at the same time as the SUB framing inspection.

Building Safety. I further certify that only contractors and employees who are in compliance with ORS 701.005 wiD be
used on this project.
I further agree to ensure that all required inspections are requested at the proper time, that each address is readable from
