MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING OF
THE SPRINGFIELD CITY COUNCIL HELD
MONDAY, JUNE 12,2006
The City of Springfield Council met in special regular session in the Jesse Maine Room, 225
Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon, on Monday, June 12,2006 at 6:44 p.m., with Mayor Leiken
presiding.
ATTENDANCE
Present were Mayor Leiken and Councilors Ballew, Fitch, Ralston, Lundberg, Woodrow, and
Pishioneri. Also present were City Manager Gino Grimaldi, Assistant City Manager Cynthia
Pappas, City Attorney Joe Leahy, Administrative Coordinator Julie Wilson and members of the
staff.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Approve the May 16, 2006 Primary Election Report of Board of Canvassers and
Proclamation for Springfield City Council Positions for Ward 1, Ward 2, and Ward 5.

The City Attorney has forwarded for City Council approval, the Report of Board of Canvassers
and Proclamation for the May 16, 2006 Primary Election for the election of Springfield City
Council positions for Ward 1, Ward 2, and Ward 5.
IT WAS MOVED BY COUNCILOR WOODROW WITH A SECOND BY COUNCILOR
LUNDBERG TO APPROVE THE CONSENT CALENDAR. THE MOTION PASSED WITH
A VOTE OF 6 FOR AND 0 AGAINST.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
