RESOLUTION NO. 06 - 22
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING CYNTHIA P APP AS
FOR SERVICE TO THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD AS INTERIM CITY MANAGER
DECEMBER 6, 2005 - APRIL 30, 2006
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council wish to express appreciation for your service
as the Interim City Manager for the City of Springfield; and
WHEREAS, you were faced with many changes, challenges and issues; and
WHEREAS, you handled each of those issues exercising excellent judgment,
thoughtfulness and integrity while continually looking out for the best interests of
Springfield; and
WHEREAS, you have not only served the city well as the Interim City Manager, but you
have also continued to contribute through your service on various community
organizations; and
.
WHEREAS, we recognize the personal sacrifices you made during a difficult time
period; and
WHEREAS, we commend you for the commitment you displayed through your service
and dedication.
Approved on this 15th day of May, 2006, by a vote of ~ in favor and ~ opposed.
