The property appears to be large enough to allow a partition. The minimum
frontage requirements and lot size requirements for residentiai land fronting
on an east-west street is as follows: minimum 45 feet of frontage and a minimum
of 4,500 squarc feet total lot size. '
In partitioning the property all existing buildings would need to conform to
setback requircments if a new lot is created.
