RE: Street Address Change Correction
Dear Mrs. Jennings:
It has been brought to my attention by the Springfield Post Office that in my letter dated
March 27th, I incorrectly made reference to Fairview Drive rather than West Fairview Drive.
Please accept my apology, and be aware that all references to Fairview Drive should have
stated West Fairview Drive.
I also thank you for making me aware that 803 West Fairview Drive no longer exists on Tax
Lot 01004, Map 17-03-27-42. I subsequently researched our records for that parcel, and
found that since the' former structure was a manufactured home, no demolition permit was
required when it was removed. When I did not find a demolition permit, I erroneously
assumed that the structure was still on the Tax Lot. You indicated to me that the home that
exists on the lot now was addressed from the side street, and with a little more research I
was able to find our 1995 building permit record for replacement of a manufactured home on
that lot with the address of 1686 Rainbow Drive.
I will send a copy of this correction letter to all of the companies an/or agencies previously
referenced in my March 27th letter.
