RE: Septic System Installation
Mr. Wehner,
This letter is to verify our convel'sation held April 29. 1981 during my
field visit to 2450 Dumas Drive where you were in the process of repair-
ing an existing septic system as per permit LC 630-81. I explained
during that conversation that the only people authorized to install septic
systems are an installer licensed under ORS 454.695 or the owner (doing
his/her own work). In addition, I gave you a septic system installer
license application.
Please be advised that if further such violations occur, I will have no
other option but to refer the matter to DEQ for enforcement.

the DEQ licensing division is 229-6402. They should be able to answer
any questions you may have regarding the licensing procedures.
