Dear Ms. Warren,
At your reques't, the Building Division of the City of Springfield IIBde a
housing inspection on Septerrber 14, 1978, at 2212 and 2214. Dornoch Street,
. Springfield, Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the
Unifonn HoUsing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. The water heaters will require drain pans and are to be piped to the
outside.
2. A pressure relief valve is required on the water heaters. and are also
to be piped to the outside..
All necessary pennits shall be obtained before Yi>rk starts and all work
shall be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance will be issued..
Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at
726-3753.
