The Development Review Committee reviewed your plan submitted for an office
at 2150 Oon Street.

proposal, as the information provided was incomplete.' "
The Conunittee requires the following items to be addressed in order to
complete their review:

Location of connection to the sanitary sewer.
Location of connection to the storm sewer. "

A paving plan indicating striped parking spaces (a minimum of 7 spaces
is required) and how much of the development site will be paved.
The size and locati~n of curb cuts to serve the property.

A landscape and irrigation plan is required. Landscaping is required
along the north, east and west property lines.
6.
If outside trash receptacles are used they must be screened from view.
Upon receipt of the above information, I will schedule a meeting of the
Committee to complete there review of the proposal.
