Dear Lisa, Thank you for your letter of January 17,2008 reminding me that the above permit will . expire March 21,2008. " ' After securing the permit, Oregon Housing interfer~d in my management of my own properties and stopped the remodel. I then called HUD and they said they could not understand how OHCS could control how I maintained property I own as long as I did a good job of maintaining the property, especially when I was using my own money, The state's interference has made it difficult for me and my employees to work in the space since the computer and phone lines are inadequate. I believe the interference is and was harassment going along with other Oregon Agencies because of my president case pending against the Oregon State Bar. Top bar officials reinstated a convicted felon who had been disbarred in two other states and then gave him aliases to conceal his true identity even though it is a crime to tamper with public records, or for a disbarred attorney or a felon to be licensed as an attorney. The felon while licensed as a fraudulent attorney forged my name on my insurance settlement checks and took the money, committed extortion, was incompetent, placed illegal liens on my lakefront property and then proceeded with a foreclosure suit with assistance from his cohorts. These same patterns of crimes had been committed in other states by Humphreys. There were no criminal charges filed against Humphreys in Oregon. To avoid loosing the $1,800.00 permit fee, I was advised to follow The Regulatory Agreement that states I can do $10,000 worth of expenditures in one year without OHCS 02-13-08P02:02 RCVD NJ~ ~ 1- Village East ApaJ. i.J.uents 6330 Main. Street # 271/2 Springfield, Oregon 97478 approval. Therefore, we will be doing the remodel and will be calling for an inspection of the footing and insulation shortly. In order to stay under the required notification regulation we will use materials we had on hand that were purchased in 200~ and 2007, and we may decide to not install the shower tub, or the wainscoting at this time I have 24 months remaining on my Oregon Housing contract and if ,I can get out of the contract I may then complete the unit to qualify as a dwelling space. We will talk to the inspector on leveling the concrete floor opposed to running stringers and backer board as previously proposed. We will also utilize the current cadet heaters, and keep the bathroom as it currently exists, This will simplify the work and allow us to complete the remodel in a shorter time. Thank you,\r your kind attention and patience with this project. ,_ Sin~/ely, ' ,--. '1 BarbaFgl K. P rmenter Trustee, ent )
