Dear Mr. Marton:
. Earlier this year, I contacted you requesting permission to access your p,roperty to
investiga1>e the validity of several complaints the City had received relative to the reported
l!nlawful use of the property arid for work that had been completed without obtaining the
necessary permits and inspection approvals. Although we had scheduled an appointment to
allow me the opPC?rtunity to follow-up on the repor-ted allegations. in a letter dated June 15,
1999, you cOncelleq our appointment and withdrew your permission for me to enter onto your
'property to condui;t the necessary inspection.' .
I am again aSking permission to enter onto your property to inspect the property for :the
. alleged .violations. PleaSe resPQnd to this letter no later than 5:00 PM on December 9, 1999
