Mr. Marx,
As per our conversation on 6-14-99: it has come to my
attention after conversing with an Attorney that you have already
violated my rights, you did not have permission to go on my
property, and bother my tenants on 2278 Debra Dr. Springfield,
OR, of which I have signed statements from witnesses, you also
tried to convince me to allow you to enter the property to do the

Due to the conversation on 6-14-99, I no longer feel
comfortable speaking to you over the telephone, as I now realize
