To Whom It May Concern: RE: 2278 Debra Drive ~ 1-.5~ /7 ;17 I have been a resident at 2243 Debra drive for 24 years and my wife has owned our property for about 40 years. We were personal friends with Dan and Joan Lay, former owners of property, for at least 10 or 15 years, and as such spent many social visits. We visited their h~me at least 100 times and Dan and I worked together on repairs and upkeep on both of our homes. Mr. and Mrs. Lay sold the house about 2 years ago. We never met the lady that bought the house but we spoke with her a few times. I was very aware that there was a small living quarters on south side of house but it had never been used except as a family room. A few months after the lady bought it there was what we thought was remodeling with carpenters plumbers and electricians working. On a Sunday night we had a call from a lady in New Jersey asking if we knew a lady living there and would we take a message to her, which I did. The owner answered the door and said, she lives in one of the apartments in back. I went back to what used to be a covered patio and what appeared to be a couple of studio apartments. We had notices three and four cars over there but did not know it had been converted to a rooming house. We found out the owner had killed herself and a month later a for rent sign went up and a couple with children moved in. There are quite a few cars in driveway and in the sb'eet in front. Sincerely, c:lY-S Ed Jolley . ?'. I ~ If?! To Whom /t May Concern: RE: 2278 Debra Drive I wanted to talk to a guy that had let his dog run loose in our front yard and use the lawn. I wanted to talk to him about the dog. I knocked on the front door at 2278 Debra, and the woman that answered told me that the individual I was looking for lived out back. I went around to the back, but no one answered the door when I knocked. There are a lot of ..:...~... cars in the driveways and in the s~ ~ ~~ which appear not to be visitors, as the cars are there on a consistent bases.
