3100 Pierce Parkway has been
completed, The following items
require additional information,
clarification or correction in order
to complete the review, approve the
application, and issue permits.
Please submit two sets of
documentation containing
appropriate responses to the
following:
1. The architectural drawings need
to be signed by the registered design
professional to comply with the
Oregon Structural Specialty Code
(OSSC) 106.
2. Complete and return the Special
Inspection and Testing forms to
comply with the 2007 Oregon
Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)
1704.
3. Submit the total value of the
project with a breakout valuation to
show the portion pertaining to the
structures and the portion for any
site work and paving (does not need
to include landscaping).

Light and Ordinary Hazard Class I
with sprinkler densities of .10
gpm/sq. ft. over 1500 sq. ft while
most other areas are .15 gpm/sq. ft.

offices, an assembly area, a
commercial kItchen and an indoor
rifle range.

To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspections requested before 7:00
a.m. will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following
work day.

that NO OCCUPANCY will be made of any structure without permission of the Community Services Division, Building Safety.
I further certify that only contractors and employees who are in compliance with ORS 701.005 will be used on this project.
I further agree to ensure that all required inspections are requested at the proper time, that each address is readable from the
street, that the permit card is located at the ont of the property, and the approved set of plans will remain on the site at all
times during construction.
