Dear Mr. Johnson:
I have inspected the truss in the garage for the resldence at 436 C~~0~Q~ Drlve, ln
Sprlngfleld, Oregon, which was cut to allow addltional head room. The bracing and
nalllng put ln by the bUllder were found to make the truss structurally equivalent
to an undlsturbed truss. In addltlon, tne adjacent stud wall furnlshes an extra
factor of safety. I foresee no structural problems with this area.
