Above All Sanitation was called out to pump the septic tank at the above address on
. 5M006. The owner of the property Dan Wright, was going to have the septic tank
decommissioned Above Ail Sanitation removed all the waste from the above septic tank
so that the owner could decommission the septic tank in accordance with Oregon Waste'
Water Rules.
After the tank was cleaned and decommissioned, the hole was filled in with graveL
