Dear Bethany Luthern Church,
This letter is to notify you that a complaint has been
filed with this office regarding nuisance vegetation
located at the above referenced property.
On July 8, 1988, an inspection of the property was
conducted. At this time it was found that there is
violation of Lane County's Nuisance Ordinance # 5.720.
- Violations of this ordinance can result in a fine of up to
$500.00 for each offense. A copy of the ordinance has
been enclosed for your reference. '.
