Dear Don:
I have inspected the excavation on Cot 29, McKenzie Hills subdivision (7380 Daisy
street) and have determined it meets Uniform Building Code requirements for the
proposed resjdential structure.
Some water was ponded in the lower forms at the time of my inspection, but a small
trench illld care exercised in placement of the concrete will push this water out.
The second form from the' North, for a continuous foo~ing wi thtwo #4 reinforcing
bars, is close to the bank in places but the fact' it is used in place of pads gives
it the required stability for the design loads on the bank, .
