Re: Fire Inspection at 1006 Darlene Street
Dear Mr. Schipper:
Pursuant to a fire of December 8, 1978, at 1006 Darlene Street,' Springfield, Ore~
gon, an inspection .was' made by the Springfield Building Division. on December 14,
1978.
Extensive'damagewas sustained to the garage. The walls and roof were burned to
a point where they are no longer capable of supporting the structure, and are
presenting a hazard. The building was posted "Sub-Standard, Do Not Occupy".
Demolition of the garage portion should be started as soon as possible.
All applicable permits must be obtained before work starts and all work must be
inspected before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.'
