Dear Lisa:
I am writing this letter requesting an
extension on my building permit due to my back
injury on December 24, 1990. I injured my
back making it impossible for me to finish my
shop. Resting my back for the past 3 months
has not improved my condition. I am now
scheduled to see a neurosurgeon in a few days.
An extension would be greatly appreciated.
