CITY OF SPRINGFIELD SPRINGFIELD, OREGON 97477 PUBLIC WORKS June 25, 1981 346 MAIN STREET 726-3753 ..-. ;' , CERTIFIED LETTER Mr, J. ~lcCune 7338 Daisy Street Springfield, Oregon 97477 Dear Mr. McCune: A recent dye test conducted at 7338 Daisy Street, Springfield, Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City Codes: Section 2-10-1: SEWER CONNECTIONS, A person erecting or maintaining a water closet, sink, bathtub, or drain in the City upon property within 120 feet of any public sanitary sewer shall connect the facility with the sewer at his own expense, in the manner and under regulations and supervision prescribed by the City, Section 2-10-13: DISCHARGE OF SEWAGE AND WASTE. Sanitary sewage, industrial waste, and other polluted waters may be discharged only into the public sewer system of the City or into a private sewer system approved by the City. In addition this is also a health hazard to you and your family and neighbors. Therefore, by ,seven (7) days from the date of this letter (July 2, 1981), the above described conditions must be corrected in order to conform to City Codes, Unless you comply with this requirement or show cause why it should not be complied with, further action may be taken under the Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon. We trust that your compliance will make such action unnecessary, Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726-3753.
