RE: Re-activation of street lights within the subdivision
Dear Rita:
I am writing to clarify a question you asked by phone today, which
was, "Can the Association proceed with their agreement to have the
13 existing street lights energized without installing the two
additional required street lights at this time?"
My feeling at this point is that both the City and the Association
will benefit by the energizing of any street lights within the
Subdivision at this time. We do not wish to impose any hardship on
the Association, and understand that you may need s6me more time to
generate the necessary funds for the re-installation of the two
additional street lights required. It would be beneficial for the
City to have in our files a letter of request from the Association,
stipulating what your intent is relative to the two additional
lights. This letter should indicate a time period within which the
Associati6n intends to install the additional two lights, and have
them energized.
