RE: Expiration of Temporary Occupancy

Dear Mr. McBride:
On June 12, 1991, a Temporary Occupancy was granted to you to occupy the
manufactured home located at 5660 Daisy Street, Space #70, Springfield, Oregon.
Your Temporary Occupancy approval has expired.
Following the expiration of your Temporary Occupancy approval, an inspection was
made on August 1, 1991 by Ralph Shaw, Mobile Home Inspecto~~ At that time, the
following items were not in compliance:
1. Permanent steps with handrails have not been installed at the rear entrance
to the home. I have enclosed information on the minimum requirements for
construction of steps for your information.
2. Street address numbers need to be placed on the home.
Please notify this office within five (S) working days to inform us when you
will be ready for your final inspection. Also, if the work is not completed and
an inspection requested within 20 days of this notice, we may refer this matter
to the City's Code Enforcement Officer for 'the possible issuance of a citation.
