Your request for an extension of the time limit for the relocation
of the storage shed built on the rear of your property, has been
reviewed and approved.
This approval is based on the letter I received requesting an
extension dated October 10,1991, and to the circumstances as
referenced in you request. This approval for extension may only be
granted one time and will expire 30 days from the date of this
letter (December 8, 1991 ),
