RE: Permit Refund Request
Dear Mr. Allen:
I am writing in regards to your request for a refund of your permits to replace a
manufactured home at 5660 Daisy Street #36, Springfield, Oregon.
The Building Safety Code Administrative Code, Section 304 (e) (3) states in part "The
Building Official shall not authorize refunding any fee paid except upon written
application filed by the original permittee not later than 180 days after the date of the
fee." Your permit fees were paid on July 7,2004, therefore, not within the 180 days
allowed for a refund as you have requested.
