Eugene, OR 97401 Re: Sign Permit Application Approval--McDonald's " . <:~': .. .;~ Dear Mr. Anderson: This is to confirm our telephone conversation about the sign permit application approval submitted by Lynn Management Co. Inc. on April 8, 1986. A review of the application found that the proposed sign meets applicable City of Springfield Codes and/or Ordinances. Therefore, the proposed sign has been approved as follows: 1. The sign will be located on Gem Top Mgf. Inc. property at 3022 Gateway Loop. 2. The sign is limited to 100 square feet for one face and 200 square feet for two or more faces. 3. The sign is limited to 30 feet in height. Additional information that will be required before the sign may be erected: 1. A site plan indicating the location of the sign on the property. 2. A drawing of sign footing and pole dimensions to determine the structural stability of the sign. These are routine specifications that are required to be submitted for all new freestanding signs to be erected in the Ci ty. ,225 North 5th Street . The Building Official is designated by the Springfield Sign Ordinance as the staff member charged with the enforcement of the Sign Ordinance, and, as requested, his signature indicating approval also appears below.
