Dear Ms. Hopper:
It is our understanding that a demolition permit for the residence located on the Church
property at 3360 Game: Farm Road, Springfield, OR was pulled on May 17,2005. It was
our understanding that this residence was to remain on the t'.vt',,.;j.
We have only recently been notified that you needed a letter from us, The Northwest
District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod c".ut'~.;j owner), notifying you of our
intent to have the residence remain on this property. Therefore, please accept this letter
as your authorization to not demolish the above referenced residence.
If you need anything -else from us to confirm this intent please contact either myself or
our agent William Goode (503-848-2244), and we will provide that which is required to
accomplish this.
