RE: Property located at the southwest corner of Cardinal Yay and Game Farm
Road South
Dear Mr. Lawless,
During our recent telephone conversation you asked me to confirm the address
of your duplex located at the southwest corner of Cardinal Yay and Game Farm
Road South (Assessor's Map 17-03-22-12, Tax Lot 04400). Your property is
located in Lane County outside of Springfield's City Limits, but within
Springfield's Urban Growth Boundary. The City has had planning and building
permit jurisdiction in this area since 1987. However, the area is still
served by Eugene Vater and Electric Board and School District 4J,
Prior to April 1982, the property had Eugene addresses (1796 Cardinal Yay and
750 Game Farm Road South) and a Eugene Zip Code. After April 1982, the
addresses for the entire area were changed to coincide with the Springfield
address numbering system and was assigned a Springfield Zip_Cod~. The new
addresses given to your property were 455 Cardinal Yay an~ 3290 Game Farm Road j
South. I have confirmed theses addresses on the Lane County-Computer
Information System and by a site visit.
If there is an error on your property tax statement, you should call Lane
County Department of Assessment and Taxation (503) 687-4321 to resolve the
issue, If your lending institution has an incorrect address for your
property, this letter should confirm the correct address.
